Second defendant faces jury in 2009 Danbury murder case
BRIDGEPORT -- Less than a month after a federal jury acquitted his former co-defendant of murder, a Scarsdale, N.Y., man is being tried in U.S. District Court in the February 2009 slaying of a Bronx marijuana dealer whose body was dumped near a Danbury reservoir.
