@bajabusta Finally. If Chrysler is smart, they’ll give the Nassau a more distinctive style that sets it apart from the pack, the same way they redesigned the 300 a few years ago and that car is very popular.
Also a nicer interior and a more powerful powertrain wouldn’t hurt either
Chrysler should drop the lame Sebring from its lineup. It’s such a generic, bland looking car.
But, then again, Chrysler should also work on their qualtiy and reliability problems.
lol I;m in the car business, have been for 10+ years at dealerships and for the last almost 5 years traveling all over the US doing Marketing sales for dealers…and you are correct, the Mitsu engine is VERY sensitive.. I can’t count how many I’ve seen had problems!..Including a 1998 JXI I had around 2000! lol
good car. got the 2001 v6 lxi fully loaded. driving it almost a year. i did not get any trouble with this car.. i drove toyota honda but this car is soo comfortable..good sound system..
The light is on because the key is in the on position but the engine is not running. Therefore the dash is performing a bulb check, to see if the lights are functioning.
Yeah I know I’m just pulling these guys chains. Its a great car I get them in all the time, the ,mitsubishi engine is not a bad motor its just people don’t follow the Manuf. recom. and it leads to premature faliure. I had a JXI till last year, hey for $2500 bucks its a nice convertible for spring break here in Daytona.
OMG! DID U SEE THAT It comes with the check engine light on right out of the showroom Crystler did this so there would be no suprises down the road. LOL

@demoskunk do a search for the chrysler nassau concept, it really is stunning, unique and could do a lot for the brand.

@demoskunk Chrysler/Fiat is reportedly dropping the Sebring Nameplate for the next redo, calling it the ‘Nassau’

The light is on because the key is turned into the “On” position, but the engine was not started.

I’m asking what Chrysler applied their 3.2 liter motor-which you said that they could have used in this car-back in 2001?
Posted by bg1379 on May 29th, 2010.
Yes, but in this car they put the 2.7L DOHC with only 190lb-ft and 200hp.
Posted by Diadematov on May 29th, 2010.
What did Chrysler use a 3.2 in in 2001?
Posted by bg1379 on May 29th, 2010.
The facelifted version of this model looks miles better than the current model I think.
Posted by bg1379 on May 29th, 2010.
they are nice cars, I like the face lifted version of this sebring, it’s the nicest I think.
Posted by BMan100 on May 29th, 2010.
Very nice, do you have a road test vid of the 2007 sebring?
Posted by debrajl529 on May 29th, 2010.
I can’t believe they gave their top of the line model their 2.7L DOHC engine.. lol, shoulda put AT LEAST the 3.2 SOHC or of course the 3.5L HO
