2011 Jeep Compass comes with several qualities that are highly appreciated by Jeep enthusiasts.

Overview of 2010 Jeep Compass

This vehicle is developed on the platform of Dodge Caliber, Jeep, and Compass, and it's a compact crossover vehicle, which is designed with a standard all-wheel drive and optional front-wheel drive. There are no significant changes for 2011 version, but there are some new goodies for the current version.

Ford Escape and Honda Element are the closest rivals of new Compass.

The vehicle is designed with body-colored door handles and standard black handles. Fog lamps, 17-inch aluminum wheels on Sport, standard side roof rails, 18-inch aluminum wheels on Limited, optional sunroof, 18-inch aluminum chrome-clad wheels that are optional on Limited models, and bright overlays for bumpers (again optional) are some of the major attractions of new 2011 Compass.

In addition to these exterior charms, some of the interior highlights include

Powerful air conditioning system,
leather or stain-resistant cloth upholstery,
standard illuminated cup holders,
advanced navigation system (optional), and
hands-free communication system.

Power-Train and Safety Features

The vehicle has a standard 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine for 141 pounds-feet of torque and 158-horsepower, and optional 2.4-liter four-cylinder for 165 pounds-feet of torque and 172-hp of power. Both engines are mated to a standard 5-speed manual or continuously variable automatic transmission. The engine is designed with front-wheel drive configuration with an optional remote start mechanism.

The 2011 Jeep Compass has standard side curtain airbags, standard hill-start assistance with manual transmission, standard electronic stability system with electronic roll mitigation, standard traction control, standard antilock braking system, standard smart key, which immobilizes the engine in a theft attempt.

Additionally, traction control, alarm system (optional), and seat-mounted side-impact airbags are exclusively available on front-wheel drive models. So, there you have a quick round up of latest upgrades in 2011 Jeep Compass; stay tuned for more updates.

Whether you're driving your Jeep off-road or in-town, there are so many great Jeep aftermarket accessories out there for you!

For those who want to drive their Jeep Wranglers all year round, there are great top options out there. You can choose steel-frame canvas cover soft tops ( also called rag tops ), or go for the heavy duty fiberglass hard shell tops. Both styles are so well made now that you are assured to stay warm and dry on the inside - no matter what's going on outside.

The soft tops with their improved steel tube frames really stand up well to wind and wicked weather. They come in colors to coordinate with your Jeep colors and / or your personal taste. The windows are sturdy and clear, and ready to take on tough off-road use. The hard tops offer the ultimate in protection and durability. Both style tops are simple to put on and take off these days - a huge improvement over those of yesteryear!

You can also find no-frame soft tops, bikini tops, toppers, brief tops, wind-jammers, deck covers, and sport bar covers for your Jeep Wrangler - giving you SO many options on how to cover things up.  Or leave parts open!  There are also full Jeep covers and cab covers to protect your toy when you're not driving it!

As the picture shows, you can add custom lighting to your Jeep too - with driving lights, fog lights, spot lights, and more. There are lots of custom grille pieces to add as well, reinforcing your front end, stock grille, and head lights. Choose from bull bars, push bars, custom winches, and bumpers, too.

Many of the better aftermarket Jeep web stores carry a huge variety of Jeep floor mats, deck mats, seat covers, spare tire carriers & covers, fender flares, and suspension kits to help you really dress things up!  They also carry trunk or deck extensions if you're looking for a little extra carrying space!

So to make a long story short, if you're the kind to own and drive a Jeep, you really owe it to yourself ( and your Jeep ) to check out all of these great aftermarket goodies.  Find a solid Jeep accessories webstore and start doing some serious shopping.  Then get your Jeep geared up for the long winter season

That is why it is a good idea to see how car salesmen and leasing companies promote and advertise their stock.

Considering this, let me demonstrate how staff at Central Contracts market their Jeep models - it could give you the edge when it comes to selling your own car.

The power available with a Jeep is phenomenal as when you drive a Jeep you have faith in your ability to rise above any issues. This is in the main because the Jeep engine has a large amount of horsepower not only to combat the engine's weight and to offer additional strength for focused driving. This determined driving could be for off-road purposes, driving friends and your kids to the football or simply the moving of large loads. Truly, Jeep vehicles are superbly adept for a selection of diverse conditions, usually because of the speed and power that the Jeep engines can bring to motorists.

Jeep cars have very durable interiors that can withstand the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Interiors and surfaces have been designed to be tough and as a result they are extremely easy to clean, even when they are coated in layers of loose dirt and mud. Therefore they are perfect for a family with young children, people who live in the country or pet owners. However, the interiors have been designed to be stylish as well as durable. This is because the interiors have modern design features and an effective, easy to read display panel. All of these features create excellent multi-purpose vehicles for a variety of different lifestyles.

No doubt you understand that Jeeps are created to be long-lasting and stable so if that is what you are looking for in a car then a Jeep could be perfect. The body of the vehicle is durable and doesn't attract dirt and mud, which makes some of the latest Jeep models ideal for off-road driving. Plus they are ideal to drive in the countryside, which is great news for families who don't reside in the city centre. As well they are available in a range of neutral and natural colours, which give Jeep models more esteem than some of the bright neon cars that have been created by other vehicle producers.

Jeeps are efficient for their size but in recent years Jeep has taken steps to improve upon their carbon emissions and environmental efficiencies. If you think you could enjoy driving a Jeep then it is advisable to think about whether you are willing to compromise the power of your car for improved efficiency. The good thing about the Jeep is that it manages to meet both of these requirements in one car. This is because as we all know Jeeps have a powerful engine but now that low carbon technology is being developed, Jeeps are becoming more of an economical choice. They are therefore ideal if you use your car regularly but would also like that extra power boost.

The majority of Jeep cars are made to satisfy drivers who love power, but in some of the newer cars functionality has also been considered by the Jeep designers. Thanks to this, some of the new Jeep cars have been created to provide power but they also have a number of aesthetic features that mean driving is all the more pleasurable in the Jeep. Designers of the Jeep have worked hard to improve the interiors, the body work and the displays to give an all-round better driving experience. Improvements of this ilk have really made it easier to bring the Jeep into the 21st century and made their newer models extremely popular, not to

Now that you recognise some of the Jeep offers you should be well placed to market and promote the Jeep that you are hoping to sell. To know more read my blog submission.

The Isuzu Rodeo vs the Jeep Cherokee: Battle of the Engines

About the Author

You may wish to purchase an Isuzu used engine before you purchase a used Jeep Cherokee engine, however, as Jeep is likely to continue to service their old engines longer than Isuzu.

The Isuzu Rodeo and the Jeep Cherokee are two of the most popular sport utility vehicles, or SUVs, that are no longer in production in the United States. The Jeep Cherokee was produced by Jeep, an American manufacturer of off road vehicles, while the Isuzu Rodeo was produced by Isuzu, a Japanese manufacturer. Although it is no longer possible to buy either vehicle new, both retain strong fan and enthusiast communities because of their hardiness, reliability, and rugged appeal when used in the city and out in the country. This article will discuss the merits of the Isuzu Rodeo engine and the Jeep Cherokee engine, and offer advice for owners of either SUV considering engine replacements.

The final generation Jeep Cherokee engine came in a 4 liter version that offered 193 horsepower and 243 foot pounds of torque. Compared to the Rodeo's engine, the Jeep Cherokee engine offered considerably less power, yet the Jeep Cherokee engine remained popular because it gained a reputation for reliability and tuneability among Jeep owners. The Jeep Cherokee engine also offered a surprising amount of torque for its size, and was appreciated by Jeep owners since it was the largest engine made available in the United States. The Jeep Cherokee engine was not without its faults, however; some users complained of failures due to faulty fuel pressure regulators and poor ground connections in the engine carriage. There were also reports that the Jeep Cherokee engine suffered from premature wearing of pumps and bearings, although the engine was generally considered to be long lasting. Like the Isuzu used engine, an aftermarket developed for the Jeep Cherokee engine among off roaders who ran through engines at a higher rate than normal.

The Isuzu Rodeo engine came in three flavors: a 3.2 liter version, a 3.5 liter version, and a 2.2 liter version. It became possible to buy a used Isuzu engine soon after they hit the market due to the widespread popularity of the Rodeo. The 3.2 and 3.5 liter engines came with 6 cylinders while the 2.2 liter engine came with 4 cylinders. The 3.5 liter engine offered the most "get up and go" energy with up to 250 horsepower, making it the most used Isuzu engine among Rodeo fans who ventured off road. However, the 3.2 liter was another often used Isuzu engine among off road enthusiasts, as it offered 205 horsepower at a cheaper price. The 2.2 liter was the least used Isuzu engine among off road adventurers but it gained popularity among city dwellers who didn't need the energy and torque that came with the larger engines. However, some models suffered from engine failures, and a large market developed allowing consumers to buy an Isuzu used engine to replace defective original engines. The most popular used Isuzu engine was the 3.5 liter, while the least popular Isuzu used engine was the 2.2 liter. Fewer people looked for the 2.2 Isuzu used engine because it had the lowest failure rate, while the 3.5 Isuzu used engine was popular because the 3.5 tended to crack prematurely when used off road.

So, which engine is best? That depends on who you ask. Although Isuzu Rodeo engines have an arguably higher failure rate, it is still often easier to find a used Isuzu engine from an Isuzu used engine seller because a used Isuzu engine is typically easier to repair than a used Cherokee engine.
